Omni Builders is a service-oriented general building contractor, specializing in all aspects of construction. We provide pre-construction services, construction management, design-build and all standard forms of general contracting. We provide the quality control you expect and meet your budget and schedule.

We have a unique, in-house construction department where we operate with an "open book/cost plus" policy that establishes solid working relationships. Savings can be as much as 10 to 25%. This policy allows our clients to track all  costs from start to finish with total transparency making it easier to understand in today's complex world of construction.

• You control the costs of the project. If your dream job is over budget after all cost are totaled in a proposal, you disclose your budget and Omni Builders will provide "value engineering" to get costs inline.

• Design/Build is a two parts process unlike most contractors, who combine in one contract. Omni Builders would like to be your builder, but when plans are city-approved and paid, they are your plans to get as many bids you wish!

Omni's explicit contract terminology and accounting criteria is unique in the industry. Not only does it simplifies the invoicing process, but provides the motivating factor for subcontractor performance. We think of ourselves as a "local artisans” and use local subcontractors who are involved in the Redlands community.
